This package gives you 1 In-Person Vision Board Social with 4 additional quarterly check-ins with professional coaching to support you in breaking down your goals and action steps each quarter, and track progress.

During this vision board social, you will be supported by two qualified professionals with mental health and behavioral health coaching backgrounds. You will be in a small intimate group setting, to design a vision board that reflects the life you want to live, or goal that you want to achieve. Not only will we have the opportunity to design together, but we are also taking this vision the whole nine yards and supporting you throughout the year with 4 quarterly accountability check-ins.
Live in DC or MD? No Problem! We are in a convenient location. Wiehle-Reston East Metro station, silver line is in close proximity! The first session will be in-person and the 4 quarterly check-ins will be virtual for your convenience.
